Under her leadership, UPA has grown into one of the region's premier property management companies, serving community associations, rental properties, and homeowners throughout Virginia and North Carolina while supporting a team of more than 200 employees.<\/p>\n

Her career path is a testament to perseverance and continuous growth. After first working at UPA as a teenager filing paperwork and leasing apartments, she returned to the company in 2009, steadily advancing through leadership roles before becoming President and CEO.<\/p>\n
