UPA rental management Team had adapted well to the constant challenges caused by the Pandemic. Our team has practiced “social distancing” by limiting personal contact with our valued residents, prospects, and vendors. Our recent upgrades with technology have allowed our team to be more tech-savvy.
Most requests can be addressed via phone and email. Prospective residents may apply online. Our current residents now have the option to pay their rent online and submit maintenance requests! We have implemented additional safety measures that allow our new residents to review and sign their move-in documents outside the offices.
Since in-person touring may not be available, some of our managers created YouTube videos to create a virtual tour of their available apartments! As challenging as the Pandemic has made, we strive to offer our residents, prospects, and visitors the best service possible.
